Winter Brushing Crew
Ft. Rains to the Bridge
Monday February 27th
Who: 6 volunteers of any skill level + 1 volunteer to help run power brusher (will need some skill with this)
What: This section needs a great deal of serious brushing and winter is the best time to get ahead of the lush growth. This section will be used for a Trail Skills College Class so this work must be done before mid- April.
When: Meet at the east side of Bridge of the Gods at 8:00 AM (2-27-2012).
Bring: Bring gloves, work boots for wet conditions, rain gear, lunch, and water. We will provide all the tools, safety gear, and leadership/training.

Volunteers for the Mount Hood Chapter of the Pacific Crest Trail Association maintain the 217 miles of PCT between Midway Meadows south of Washington's Goat Rocks Wilderness and Park Ridge in Oregon's Mount Jefferson Wilderness.
Members of this mailing list are notified of upcoming trail maintenance projects, training opportunities, meetings and other information relevant to the Mount Hood Chapter.
