Hello again!
We are getting out on these trails as there isn't snow out there and Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area(CRGNSA) needs some extra help right now!
We need 2 or 3 brave souls to go out on Wednesday 2/22 to help with a log out on the Wauna Point Trail. This is just west of Eagle Creek. You will be swampers for the sawyer and doing some tread work as well.
Meet at Eagle Creek Trail Head at 8 am on Wednesday 2/22
You will need to bring gloves, lunch, snacks and water. As always you should be wearing: sturdy work boots, long pants and sleeves and bring rain gear.
We provide all the tools you'll need and hardhats. The crew leader is Bill Hawley.
So, if you can join us on this one, hit reply or send me an e-mail at: tturner@pcta.org. Thanks for considering helping out on this crew!
