Help! Help! Help!
October 11th – 14th
The last project of the season for AmeriCorps is the
construction of 2 foot bridges north of Greenleaf Creek.
We need 6 volunteers to help peel, haul, and build the bridges.
This will also require the construction of 2 gabion landings and the
de-construction of one bridge.
If you are interested…call Bill Hawley 503-312-3938
- or better yet e-mail bhawley@pcta.org
as Bill is out on trail most days!
We will meet at the north end of the Bridge of the Gods each
morning at 7:30 – the hike in is about 1 ½ miles.
You will need to wear long pants and long sleeves, sturdy
boots and gloves. We will provide personal protection gear, hard hats, etc. You
will need to bring lunch, snacks and water for the day.
Really hope you can help out on this one!
