Date: February 15th 2016

Hey Everyone,

Here’s an opportunity for a few folks to help us with the Logout #6 in which the plan is to get the last logs off the trail out in Cascade Locks area.

We need 4 swampers to help out on this one. If you are in the need of your chain saw re-certification, the field evaluation portion can be done on-trail. It will be a 6 mile hike with car shuttle.

You will need to bring your lunch, snacks and water for the day. Please wear weather appropriate clothes and sturdy boots. If you have a hard hat, please bring it along. Also remember to bring work gloves.

We will provide all the tools necessary and any instructions needed as well. Hard hats will be provided as well and there will be work gloves available too if you need them.

So if this sounds like a great time and works in your schedule, please hit reply and I’ll get you on the crew list. Or you can send me an e-mail at tturner@pcta.org and that works too.

Thanks,

Tammy
