Date: December 29th 2015

Hey Folks,

Here is another reminder for our Annual Celebration, yes we send out a lot of these, because you are who we are celebrating and we want you there!!

THE ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS!!

Come see and hear about all the logs we cleared and miles of trail we maintained just this year! All with the help of, YOU, our volunteers, this is a celebration of your hard work. Come and bask in the thanks and compliments we get from the National Forests that we work with!

It's a great time and our Chapter Chair, Roberta Cobb, will give a presentation on all our work this year and talk about the Chapter, past and present.

We will also have a speaker from the Forest Service, she will be doing a presentation about the historic structures in the wilderness. Should be an

interesting presentation, as there are quite a few out there to learn about. Also you could use this to plan your next hiking trip!

The program starts at 1 p.m., but come a little early and socialize, eat the goodies that the Mt. Hood Chapter Caretakers have brought and have a cup of coffee or tea. Doors open at noon and we are done by 3 p.m.

Lots of fun and information. Bring your friends and family too! Come even if you haven't made it out on a work crew yet, this is a good time to see what we do out there and to meet the Caretakers/Crew Leaders that you will be working with.

We will be at the Mt. Hood National Forest Headquarters, 16400 Champion Way, Sandy, Oregon 97055. It's on the right as you enter Sandy from the west on Route 26. You can park on the roadside (not Rt 26), if you can't find a space in either of the lots that will be open for us.

Need more information or have a question? Send Tammy an e-mail

at tturner@pcta.org and she'll do her best to get back to you asap!

Hope to see a lot of folks out there!
