Date: March 31st 2014
Hi Folks,
David Roe is conducting a Saw Certification this
Saturday April 5th and is in need of 1 volunteer to assist in the administration of the day, plus maybe make coffee!!
This volunteer would stay at the trailhead from 9 AM to (about) 4 PM . The main task is to check people and equipment in and out. Because we are working at multiple sites alongside the Clackamas River, it is an important additional safety precaution
to ensure that every person can be accounted for. The Clackamas is very high and very fast right now.
If they can make camp coffee all the better. I can bring a propane stove and camp kitchen basics. (I am considering making a large pot of chili (vegetarian) for the event.)
Rainy weather is forecast, so I will take a pop-up canopy to keep things dry. We can also build a campfire at this spot if desired.
If this would be something you could do, please hit the reply button or send me an e-mail
tturner@pcta.org and I’ll get you in touch with David!
Thanks so much for considering this,
Tammy
