Date: September 15th 2015
Hello,
Yes, this is very short notice! But we need 2-3 more
volunteers for the Paradise Park Logout. Sunday, September 20th the Paradise Park Trail. We have approximately 20 logs to clear 5 miles from the trailhead.
We are looking for Sawyers or those that are thinking of becoming a crosscut sawyer. Please note that this trip will involve
10-12 miles of hiking. But the weather is supposed to hold out!
You will need to bring your lunch, snacks and water for the day. Also, wear long sleeves, long pants and sturdy boots (no trail runners or cross trainers allowed), and good work gloves. Please bring gear for inclement weather, because it
can always change.
We will provide hard hats and all the tools needed for the day. Plus any other PPE that might be necessary.
If you would like to join this crew please hit reply and I’ll get you on the list. Chris Keil, crew leader, will send out an e-mail with all the meet up particulars and other information once the crew is full.
Thanks for considering this short notice crew,
Tammy
