Date: August 31st 2015

Hi everyone,

We are continuing the tradition of being at the Timberline Lodge Mountain Music Festival! And as such I am in need of 4 volunteers to help out at a table on Monday, September 7th .

It will be another fun day with lots going on!! Check out the scene here: http://www.timberlinelodge.com/mountain-music-festival/

You won’t have to work the whole time, which is Noon to 5:30, we will do this in shifts; noon to 1:45 to help set up, 2 to 3:45, 3:45 to 5:30, and yes I know there is a 15 minute window without a volunteer, but pretty sure it will be okay<smile>!

We will have a canopy to hide from the sun (or rain, but the forecast looks nice!), you get to hang out at Timberline Lodge all day and talk to people about the PCT and PCTA!  As always, the folks are great to talk to and you might get to talk to some thru-hikers too and then of course there is the music you can hear, a ‘picking patio’ – a jam session area -  which is close by too and you can go over to the amphitheater to see the talent too.

Sounds like fun? Then hit reply or send me an e-mail at tturner@pcta.org and I’ll get you on the schedule.

Thanks,

Tammy
