Date: June 8th 2015
Hello folks,
We are in need of 3 volunteers to help at the annual Get Outdoors Day at Fort Vancouver Park, this
Saturday June 13th from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This is a fun day with lots of people asking questions about the PCT and the work we do, it is a great way to get kids interested in the trail and their parents too. We will have a crosscut saw demonstration going on as well. There will
be coloring activities for the little ones, some saw work for older ones.
If this is something you would like to help out with, please hit reply or send me an e-mail at
tturner@pcta.org and I’ll get you on the list to help out our great coordinator Joanne Mikol!
Thanks for considering helping on this special event,
Tammy
