Date: August 3rd 2014
Hey folks,
Here's a midsummer Monday work party for you all to consider;
August 18th! We are looking for 10 volunteers to help out. We'll be hiking from Timberline Lodge to just the other side of the Zig Zag canyon, doing tread and brushing as we go. We will be crossing the Zig Zag river. Total hiking is about six
and a half miles.
You will need to provide your lunch and water and any snacks you might like too. Also you need to wear long pants, long sleeves and sturdy boots. I know it’s nice out right now, so you might want to consider bringing sunscreen and perhaps
some rain gear just in case! If you have a hard hat, please bring it and good, comfortable work gloves too.
We will provide all the tools needed and instruction for any and all. We will also have gloves for those that need them as well as hard hats. New trail workers very welcome to join in.
Ruth Weston is crew leader and you will need to respond to her so she can get you on the crew list;

Carpooling is available and encouraged.
Thanks for considering this work party!
