VOLUNTEER NEEDED FOR  TRAIL MAINTENANCE

Saturday & Sunday, September 18 & 19

One more certified crosscut sawyer and experienced backpacker needed for strenouus logout of
Horsetail Creek trail in the Columbia River Gorge needed for Sept. 18-19. We will meet Saturday
morning in the Gorge at 7:30 am to backpack 3.0 miles up the Oneonta Trail to our campsite at the
Junction with Horsetail Creek trail. We will work our way up the trail clearing logs as we go.

Volunteers for the Mount Hood Chapter of the Pacific Crest Trail Association maintain the 217 miles of PCT between Midway Meadows south of Washington's Goat Rocks Wilderness and Park Ridge in Oregon's Mount Jefferson Wilderness.

Members of this mailing list are notified of upcoming trail maintenance projects, training opportunities, meetings and other information relevant to the Mount Hood Chapter.
