Help with Reconstruction of the PCT

September 23rd – 30
 
 
Who: Work for all skill levels – 1.5 mile rigorous hike.
 
Where: North of Bonneville Dam – Carpenter Lake Junction north.
 
What: Much of the tread going toward Table Mt. has slough, berm, and creep problems. Work with the Student Conservation Association crew that will reconstruct the trail to the base of Table Mt. There will be lots of brushing as well.
 
When: There will be day trips arranged for:
                           Monday Sept. 20th       2 people only
                           Thursday Sept. 23rd     4-6 people 
                           Saturday Sept. 25th      4-6 people
                           Sunday Sept. 26th         4-6 people
                    Tuesday Sept. 28th       4-6 people
                  
If anyone wishes to camp with the SCA Crew, they are welcome and meals will be provided. 
This MUST be prearranged.

Volunteers for the Mount Hood Chapter of the Pacific Crest Trail Association maintain the 217 miles of PCT between Midway Meadows south of Washington's Goat Rocks Wilderness and Park Ridge in Oregon's Mount Jefferson Wilderness.

Members of this mailing list are notified of upcoming trail maintenance projects, training opportunities, meetings and other information relevant to the Mount Hood Chapter.
