High Cascades Training weekends

Registration for both Westfir (May 14-16) and Allingham (June 4-6) spring training is now open.  Both will offer an array of exciting courses from PCTA's Trail Skills College Curriculum.  Thanks to Bea Anderson High Cascade Forest Volunteers now has an independent website. Bea has worked hard on developing this site and we are eager to have you register for the training weekends and becoming familiar with our new web location.

Please go to www.highcascadesvolunteers.com.  There you will find the class schedules for both the Westfir and Allingham training weekends.  You will also find the class descriptions, directions and other information needed to attend the weekend workshops. You will also see a new work report page on this web site for you to use when reporting your work and hours. There are two separate work report links: one for work on the PCT and its feeders, another for work on other HCFV trails. During the course of the next few weeks we will be adding more information to the Opportunities page; we have an ambitious crew work season planned.

If you have any questions, please contact Judy Mitchell (hayjudy@comcast.net) for issues relating to the Westfir training and contact Kit Dickey
(kitdickey@yahoo.com) for those relating to Allingham or the website.
