This crew is full, except for the need of one (1) Crosscut certified sawyer!! So if you are one of these and can go out next week with this crew. . . we’d love to have you. Hit reply and I’ll get you in touch
with the crew leader.
Thanks so much,

Hey folks,
Here’s another opportunity to get out there and clean up the trail! We need
10 volunteers on Wednesday, June 17th on the 5.25 mile downhill section from Timberline Lodge to Barlow Pass, there is a car shuttle used, so no walking back up hill.
We need 1 (one) cross-cut certified sawyer for 3 logs in the wilderness and
1 (one) chainsaw certified sawyer for the 35 logs in the last 3 miles. This is a good opportunity for
NEW and SEASONED volunteers with drain-dip, brushing and lopping work. Great views and no sand to move this year.
You will need to wear long pants, long sleeves and sturdy boots. You will need to bring a pair of work gloves and a hard hat if you have one. You will also need to bring your lunch, snacks and water for the day. Please bring weather appropriate
outer wear too! Sunscreen might be needed as well.
We will provide all the tools, hard hats and instructions needed for the work party. We will have some gloves, but they may or may not be a matched pair!
Sound like fun? It is a good crew, all downhill! (Okay most of it is) So hit reply or send me an e-mail at
tturner@pcta.org and I’ll put on the list for this work party.
Thanks for considering this one,
Tammy
