Hello Sawyers!

Can anyone help David Roe out with this request? We need 1 experienced B-sawyer (crosscut) to assist instructor with Course 103 Basic Saw Crew Training at Big Bend TSC. (The original helper has been called away on a family emergency)

This is happening this week, Friday, May 29th, at Hyatt Lake (east of Ashland, 5000' elevation)

Here’s some more information for your consideration:
Carpooling: Instructor (David Roe) is leaving early Thursday, May 28 and returning late Sunday, May 31. If you wish to carpool, you can spend Saturday and Sunday hiking PCT through Cascade–Siskiyou National Monument or helping out with one of the other TSC classes.

Camping: Free at Hyatt Lake campground (lakefront, hot showers).

Food: Free, provided by TSC

Please respond directly to David, droe@pcta.org, so this can get expedited as it is short notice!

Thanks,

Tammy
